One of my favourite places to visit in Bali is a beach club called La Brisa - meaning Sea Breeze.
It is a wonderful place to catch the sea breeze first thing in the morning, for breakfast, and it's also magical at cocktail hour to watch the sunset.
All day it is entertaining, with surfers riding the waves, from sunrise to sunset off Echo Beach.
It is wild and enchanting, and is home to some fabulous Coastal Vintage style decor.
It is almost Robinson Crusoe like having been built from reclaimed timbers from more than five hundred old wooden fishing boats.
.
Everywhere you look, it is a feast for your eyes and if you're like us at CoV, you will love everything that has been sourced and decorated here.
It is also has a very flotsam and jetsam in style with so many mismatched wares and photos of salty sea dogs adorned with rope or timber / driftwood framing.
We will have a range of similar old sailor images soon! They will be available here
A stack of old wooden canoes adorns the entrance.
There is a mix of old maritime and fishing pieces, along with baskets and old glass fishing floats.
The best time to go is before dusk to watch the sunset. Great music, food and cocktails!
And if you love a market - Sunday mornings isn't to be missed.
We love to go and support our beautiful friends at the Bali Mums Street Project.
You can read all about this project here.
