This beautiful old brass bell is stamped with the name Asian Friendship 1981. It was a container ship registered in Indonesia. 

The bell has lovely bits of green patina in parts, from years of exposure to sun and sea air.

Still with clanger it would make a great piece of the mantel, or hung from the front door!
