Casual Dining in Noosa

When I asked the CoV crew to share their favourite casual dining spots in Noosa, I was blown away by the variety of their recommendations!

After much deliberation we have managed to nail it down to our Top 5, all family friendly and all delicious.

Flo's Creperie has quickly become a Noosa Junction hotspot. 

Serving up delicious sweet and savory crepes which are sure to wow the kids, (think lashings of ice cream & berries with their famous caramel sauce.)

And for the grown ups they have a good selections of bubbles, beer & wine. 

If you are feeling adventurous, order one of their 'Crepes On Fire' - dowsed in Rum or Grand Marnier & set ablaze at your table! Tres Bien!

.Located at the Boathouse on Gympie Terrace, you will find arguably Noosa's BEST fish & chips. 

It's become a bit of a tradition with certain CoV crew members to head down to the river on a Sunday evening.

There is always live music playing and grabbing fish & chips and a beer from the Boathouse makes it a lovely way to round off the weekend. 

Plus, it's one of the best spots in Noosa to catch the sunset. Happy days!

Craving pizza??? Then your next stop would have to be the amazing Somedays in the Junction.

Offering an irresistible menu of red (tomato) or white (olive oil & parmesan) based woodfired pizza, antipasti, salads & desserts. 

These guys source locally, and have set the bar extremely high with their approach to quality, sustainability and organic ingredients. 

Oh, and their cocktail menu features some absolute classics such as Gold Digger, In Da Club & Bang-Boo!

.And now for something completely different....If you are after Aussie pub food, Tewantin local and CoV crew member Amanda recommends The Royal Mail.

Originally built in 1882 by Ned Murdoch, a former Cobb & Co. coach driver, who constructed a modest hotel on the site, it was then replaced by the current building in 1941.

Classic pub grub at a great price with Noosa’s living history on its walls and a kids menu.... sounds good to us!

.It's back to the Junction for our last recommendation. Mr. Drifter delivers Asian street food with a hint of cocktail culture. 

Founder Charlie Harrison has lived in Indonesia and Japan and his parents grew up in India, so a taste for spice and rich flavours is in the blood.

Mr Drifter offers a casual, chilled-out vibe & flavours that pack a punch! 

Crew member Chezz recommends ordering the Drifter Roll, which is basically an Asian taco. So good!
