The Atlantic

The Atlantic

Like a phoenix from the ashes, or in this case the flood waters of 2022,

The Atlantic in Byron Bay has reopened, relaunched and it's better and more fabulous than ever!

The Atlantic Byron Bay offers guests a unique lifestyle stay in the heart of town, a short stroll to beaches, cafes and shopping.

Set amongst lush tropical gardens with winding timber decks leading you to your room,

the outdoor spaces invite you to pull up a deck chair under a palm tree or soak up the sun by the pool.

Find similar rattan shades here.

You will be in holiday mode the moment you arrive!

Imagine sitting here under the bespoke lobster pot chandelier with a chilled glass of something delicious.

Owner and the creative brains behind this Byron gem, Kimberley Amos, is well know for her effortless style.

Her charming touches, with a nod to nautical styling infuse every space.

How cute is the float keyring?! And this lovely vintage model boat takes pride of place in one of the kitchens.

The freshly renovated rooms all feature a combination of beautifully curated design, artworks, ceramics and bespoke pieces by local artisans.

Most notably, paintings from Emma Gale and Kimberley's talented son, Hunter Amos

(Steal Kimberley's look and hang a coil of old rope from a wall hook for instant ship style!)

Bathed in sunlight with views over the surrounding gardens, the rooms are perfect to take in the sunshine on the private decks.

Gaze out into the rainforest reserve, whilst listening to the sound of the ocean!

Calming shades of sand & stone, are bought to life with textural linens, rustic tiles and rattan shades & furniture.

The gourmet kitchens and outdoor dining areas are at the heart of the beach houses at The Atlantic.

Coastal Vintage sourced fruit stands, filled with fresh limes and lemons from the Byron Farmers Markets (held every Thursday morning) grace the counter tops.

Statement tiles in dreamy shades of ocean blues and greens pop against the crisp white interior.

And everyone needs a bunch of green bananas on their kitchen island!

There are so many inspired ideas at The Atlantic, but our favourite might just be this bench seat with wooden floats

Kimberley has collected these over the years and has cleverly threaded them onto old rope.

These pendant lights have also been given the Kimberley Amos treatment! Fabulous!

So grab a novel from the local bookstore (just around the corner) and curl up on the couch, by the pool, under a palm or on your private deck.

After a day spent exploring Byron, come back to your home away from home!

We are ready to book our stay at The Atlantic, how about you?!
