Coastal Vintage was established in Noosa in 2013.
It all started with a dream after a decade of sailing around the world working on super yachts. I came home, met my husband, had two redhead girls, and then turned my love for the high seas into a global treasure hunt, sourcing wares across the seven seas.
It all began in the garage at home when my girls were babies and it quickly grew from there. Today, we operate both retail and wholesale from two warehouses and ship all over the globe.
We source locally and travel internationally several times a year to find all those lovely unique old coastal and vintage style pieces. We also design products and engaged many talented artisans to make our range of unique pieces.
I like spend my downtime out on the boat with my family, especially when we take it up to Far North Queensland and out to the islands and the Great Barrier Reef to explore. Those are the best days.
Amanda joined the crew in 2016 and is most experienced here at CoV. She brings much merchandising experience having worked with top fashion brands. She manages the retail shop front, merchandises, helps clients with interior styling, photoshoots and manages the website.
Amanda has two salty sea 'Jack Russell' dogs, spends her time with family swimming at Lake Weyba or the Noosa River and thoroughly enjoys a glass of Rose or two!
Janine joined our crew in 2017 and was front of shop as well as behind the scenes shipping all orders. On her first day a huge order came in and she spent the entire day packing. She did wonder what she had got herself into!
A few years later when we introduced the Jolie Paint range, Janine loved the paint so much that it was a natural transition for her to take the reins and paint our exclusive range of oars, paddles, life rings and buoys.
On her days off, you will find her enjoying nature and walking in the National Park, and playing Pickleball!
Cheryl or better known as Chezz is our in house packing/shipping/operations manager.
She is a whizz at packing and finding the best options to ship our oversize items.
You will find her always with a smile and ready for a laugh.
Chezz is an old hand on the skateboard, loves a good manicure and dining at her local Peregian Beach restaurants where she enjoys fine food and cocktails.
Jo, a kiwi from across the ditch writes all our creative content. Having spent 15 years living in London, she moved to the Sunny Coast not long after Covid hit. With her extensive experience in the building and interior design industry she brings much knowledge and a wonderful sense of style to CoV.
On the weekends she loves to hang with her hubby and boys at the beach, dine at local restaurants and renovate an old Queenslander.
Ale is our in house photographer. She shoots all our products and in store content every week.
She has much experience in the photography industry specialising in portraits.
She loves spending time with her family, beach days, walks in nature and a glass of wine!
Alice is our bubbly retail assistant who you will find in house on Saturdays.
When she isn't at Coastal Vintage she is working in aged care and looking after two little boys.
Being a Eumundi local, the markets are a favourite destination and she also enjoys a tipple at the local Tiki Bar.
Tess joined us in August 2022, just a few months after we launched our wholesale business Coast Imports. With her extensive experience in the wholesale and retail industry having previously worked with many top named brands, Tess personally looks after all our clients.
Tess moved from Sydney to Noosa in 2021 with her young family. Mum to two little boys, she loves to spend her downtime at the beach while hubby and the boys surf.
